"Packflex" SNCP Ink Series is a NC and PU formulation printing ink system for Gravure printing and lamination application for food packaging. this inks system provides excellent reverse printing and lamination properties on different treated film. SPECIAL FEATURES

APPLICATION
Printing Process: Rotogravure Reverse Printing and Lamination
Substrate: Treated.....thin film,PET,OPP,Nylon
Substrate treatment level : We recommend at least 38 to 42 dynes/cm for PE
Reducing solvents: Ethyl Acetate+IPA/ Methoxy propenol or Ethoxy propenol as slow dryer
Printing Viscosity:18 - 22 seconds Zahn Cup No. 2
Reducing Medium:SNCP Medium/Transparent Inks
Drying Conditions: 60 - 70 degree
Storage: Ink must be kept in cool and well ventilated place at a temperature of below 30 degree

Spot / Special Colours :The above mentioned basic colours are mono-pigmented inks and they can be intermixed to achieve the desired shade. Medium and solvent can also be used to adjust the colour strength as per the requirement.

The performance results indicated in this literature are only indicative under controlled conditions of laboratory with virgin & standard packaging grade films. Please do not use lower grades or substandard films. Packflex will not take any responsibility for abnormal results.
