Poly Deep Freeze Glossy Inks

We are offering you the widest range of Poly Deep Freeze Glossy Inks. These are available in various colours and schemes that offer an intensively bright texture. These are used with poly packs of various items like Ghee, Milk fruit juices etc. These are made up of extremely safe chemicals that are non toxic and offer the safety to customers.

Flexo & Printing Inks

Flexo Graphic Inks are free flowing liquid inks which are applicable for surface printing on the substrate like PP / LD / LDPE /LLDPE / HMPE / HM. The printing surface should be corona treated minimum up to 38 dyne for best results. Flexo Graphic Inks are used on both Flexo Graphic Machines and Roto Gravure Machines. These inks are slow dry on Flexo Graphic Machines and fast dry on Roto Gravure Machines. A slow retardar is used on Flexo Graphic Machines and fast dry retardar is used on Roto Gravure Machines.

General Poly Printing Inks,flexographic and rotogravure printing application.
Recommended for general applications like textile packaging, printing of shopping bags, and other applications where no edible items are used and no particular resistance properties are needed. These inks posses excellent binding capacity and high gloss.

Alkali Resistant Sodium Resistant (ARSR)/ Two Pack Poly Inks
These inks are used for printing on packaging material used for detergent based items which normally has a high alkali component. General inks do not have this property. Two pack inks are served in two packs i.e. ink in one part and hardener in the second part. So while printing the job. Hardener is to be added to inks.

Deep Freezing Poly Flexo Inks
These inks are used for printing on packaging material that is used for items to be stored through Deep Freezing Method, such as ice Candies, Mineral Water, Milk and milk products, meat products, namkeen packing etc.. Few additives are added to the general inks so that it can provide good holding capacity to the inks so that the inks should not surrender to the deep freezers.

Oil Resistant Poly Flexo Inks
Used for printing on packaging material that is used for packing oil food products. Direct contact of oil may weaken the strength of adhesion of inks to its substrate; hence, we recommend the usage of oil (Fatty Acid) Resistant Poly Flex Inks for better oil resistance.

Heat Resistant Poly Flexo Inks
Used for those applications where sealing strokes are being implemented on printed part of packaging material. As heat strikes lighten up the shade of ink and in some cases can give up binding, these types of inks are suggested where extra heat resistance is required.
